Here at Sintra Skin, we have a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy.
- All appointments canceled 24 hours before the appointment will have no charge.
- All appointments canceled within 24hrs will be charged 50% of the service cost.
- All appointments canceled on the day will be charged 100% of the service cost.
We understand that unfortunately life happens & appointments get forgotten, however confirmation texts & e-mails are sent 48hrs prior to the appointment. If you can not attend, please ensure you give enough notice to avoid the fees and to allow someone else to book into your spot.
Here at Sintra Skin, we work with a number of different product suppliers to bring you the best range that we can. If you have received a product that is faulty, damaged or has caused a reaction, please contact the store directly & as soon as possible. All replacements & refunds are subject to our suppliers & require proof of purchase & photo evidence. If you have accidentally taken home the wrong product or have changed your mind, please contact the store directly & a product swap or store credit can be arranged with management. Proof of purchase is required.
