YES! Absolutely,We can customise all of our facials to be pregnancy safe, please just let us know prior to coming how far along you are so we can ensure you’re as comfortable as possible during your treatment.

We recommend booking in for the “I’m New Here”.

You’ll have 90 minutes with our Senior Skin Therapist who will consult with you about your skin concerns, and perform a detailed skin analysis & facial to better understand your skin. They will then educate you on how to care for your skin at home & will offer a detailed at-home and in-clinic treatment plan specific to you. You will receive 5% off retail products during this session, gain personal access to your Skin Therapist, and receive regular check-ins

Preparing for your facial is easy! We recommend reducing the use of general exfoliants, AHA’s, BHA’s & Retinoids at least 24-48 hours before your facial & if you are on any medication, just check that you are still suitable to have a facial whilst on it.

After your facial we recommend drinking plenty of water to stay hydrated, avoid touching your face, make up & direct sunlight along with your general exfoliants, AHA’s, BHA’s & Retinoids for another 24hours. And most of all, stay nice & relaxed.

Skin Needling creates tiny little micro channels in the surface of the skin that stimulates rapid renewal, regeneration & rejuvination. It is our go to treatment for fine lines & wrinkles, pigment reduction, pore minimisation & evening out skin tone & texture. There is minimal down time for Skin Needling, but we always suggest doing it in the Winter as you do need to avoid the sun.

We definitely recommend booking in for a “Comprehensive Skin Consultation.” We’ll get you to fill out an indepth consultation form so that your therapist can get a good idea of your health & skin journey so far & will then discuss with you your options. We know everyone can be time poor, so we also offer a Zoom option for anyone who can not make it into the store. Both options are redeemable on products.

In order to get the best out of your spray tan we recommend exfoliating & shaving 24 hours prior. Keep your skin hydrated in the lead-up by moisturizing every night. DO NOT wear any deodorant on the day of your appointment & bring nice loose clothing to wear after.

We supply disposable g-strings but you’re welcome to wear your underwear or go naked.

After your tan wear loose-fitted clothing & avoid getting sweaty. We use Mine Tan, it’s a 2-hour express tan. After 2 hours, hop into the shower & let the water run clear. Use your hand to rub off any watermarks. Pat yourself dry & avoid moisturizer & deodorant for approx 12 hours. Your tan will continue to develop after your shower, when you wake up in the morning you’ll be beautiful & golden.

We use & absolutely LOVE MineTan Caramel. MineTan is Vegan-friendly, cruelty-free, paraben & sulphate-free, sustainably sourced with natural DHA.

Eyelash extensions are amazing! If it is your first time getting them you will need to book a Full Set.

Classic Full Set: Classic eyelash extensions are a simple, beautiful, natural-looking lash style. They are applied on a 1:1 ratio, which means one extension is attached to one natural lash. This gives you a natural-looking lash and can be customized to suit your eye shape!
Hybrid Full Set: Hybrid lashes combine classic and volume lash extensions for a fuller, textured look. They offer a mix of natural and enhanced volume, perfect for those wanting a balanced appearance.
Volume Full Set: Volume Lashes are perfect for those who love medium-to-full fullness! We use 3D or 5D lashes to create your desired look. They offer enhanced thickness and density, ideal for those seeking a more pronounced appearance.

If cared for correctly, Lash Extensions will last the life cycle of your natural lashes. Everyone’s lash cycle is different, but in general it takes approximately 4-8 weeks for a full lash cycle.

We lose approximately 21 lashes per week, so to keep your lash extensions looking fresh & fabulous we recommend coming in for a “Refill” every 2-3 weeks to replace the lashes that have been lost or outgrown.

Lash Lifts are a great low-maintenance option for those who can not commit to Lash Extensions. Your Lash Lift will lash as long as your natural lash cycle, approx 4-8 weeks. We recommend booking back in after 8 weeks for best results & to get regular tint touch ups in between appointments.

Brow Tint is the process of applying color to your brow hairs, it will make your brows look thicker & more defined. Brow Tint will last approx 2-4 weeks.

Brow Dye creates more depth & boldness, coloring the hair & the skin. It is great for filling gaps or creating a bolder brow. Brow Dye will last approx 4-6 weeks.
